Marella is sunshine. That's exactly how she is, just as you see her in these photos. Radiant.
We've known each other for quite a while, about ten years, and she has always been one of those people who never lose their smile. Over this time, I've seen her life transform and evolve, making her the wonderful woman she is today.
Marella is the mother of a beautiful eight-year-old girl, Viola, and lives with her in Verona along with her partner Luca and his two children. It's a very extended family, which also includes her mother Paola (read her interview here) and her sister Carlotta (you'll get to know her soon in our interviews).
Hi Marella! Tell us what you do for a living?
In life, besides dedicating myself to Viola, I am a networker. I work for an American company, Jeunesse, which offers supplements and nutrition to live better and longer in good health. It's a goal I share because I am, first and foremost, passionate about wellness. I also like working without fixed hours and having the freedom to dedicate as much time as possible to my large family.
Tell me about a personal wellness ritual of yours?
I love outdoor sports; I never give them up. Two mornings a week, I trek through the Veronese hills to oxygenate my mind, clear away all the circulating thoughts, reset everything, and recharge.
What comes to mind if I say LIGHT?
When I think of the term LIGHT, I think of positive energy. It corresponds to the word positivity! For me, always giving a positive imprint to my day is fundamental, even when everyday life is full of problems and emotional ups and downs. Today I listen to myself and accept difficulties and dark moments, because they are temporary, they pass. I try to face life and everything it offers me with a positive spirit. For me, this is Light.
What do you never leave home without in your bag?
I always carry all my documents with me because I like to think I could leave for a trip at any moment.
Tell me about your Beauty Routine.
I don't skip cleansing and moisturizing; they are two fundamental steps in my Beauty Routine. I use Jeunesse cleanser, SPF 30 sunscreen during the day, and a night cream. Also, antioxidant supplementation is essential for me, and my favorite is Reserve, also from Jeunesse.
