RETURN POLICY

If you are a consumer, you can make a return by returning the item in the same condition in which you received it, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging, ensuring that it arrives at our address no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Returns are not approved under the following conditions:

– You are not a consumer;

– The package containing the returned items is delivered more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, or 10 days in the case of a faulty item;

– Your item is not received in the same condition as you received it, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Ensure that the products are intact, unworn, and with original tags.

Send an email to shop.lucestudio@gmail.com indicating:

order number, model, size, and color.

Once approved, you will receive the return form to include in the package.

Use the original packaging and close the package securely.

RETURN METHODS

You can choose between:

A) Shipping with your courier (tracking recommended).

B) Via our courier (cost €12 deducted from the refund).

Disegno srl is not responsible for loss or delays.

If the return does not meet the conditions, it will be refused.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS
