Hi Luce, I'm Camilla, 26 years old, and I live in Bergamo. I'm a color technician at TONI&GUY, responsible for all color services and image consultations. I love searching for vintage/second-hand pieces, little hidden gems in markets or small shops, whether they're clothing or home decor. Traveling has always inspired me. Northern Europe, NY, Tokyo are among the most beautiful destinations. All these places have influenced my taste in some way. I enjoy creating content to share on social media, and besides my personal profile, I curate a small mood board of images: @shesalwaysinadream.
What does beauty mean to you today?
For me, beauty lies in spontaneity and simplicity. In the uniqueness of each person.
What does femininity mean to you?
I hope the definition of "femininity" expands more and more, unlike what society dictates. It can reside in a way of being that goes beyond gender stereotypes. In my case, regarding my personal style, 80% of my wardrobe consists of men's clothes, yet I don't feel less feminine when I wear them.
What inspires you every day?
What inspires me every day is trying to do my best and being grateful for what I have. There are days when I'm more motivated and days when it's harder, but I always try to be optimistic in the chaos of this world we live in.
What do you want to convey through your Instagram profile?
I see social media as a form of recreation, so on my profile, as well as on my personal mood board @shesalwaysinadream, I try to show what I find beautiful and what conveys a positive message.
How would you encourage women to be more confident in their bodies?
I think every person should appreciate their body because it's unique, try not to conform to the standards imposed on us, love and value themselves in a healthy way, appreciate their imperfections, and use them as a strength. For me, strength lies in the uniqueness of people.
What are your plans for the future?
There are so many things I want to do, learn, and experience. Places I want to see. My plan for the future is to enjoy every day, constantly seek motivation and inspiration, and make people feel good, even through my work.
One thing your followers don't know about you.
I believe it's a bit like when we meet someone, we don't know everything about them from the first meeting; we always discover more about each other over time.
