Hi Luce! I'm Eleonora, 28 years old. I was born in Umbria, more precisely in Foligno, but I moved to Milan as soon as I finished school. I like clothes, handbags, I'm obsessed with shoes, I love concerts, and I love cooking and having dinners with my friends. I'm a simple person, always cheerful and also a bit moody. I'm a professional photographer, and since 2019, together with Manuel, my best friend and colleague, we created MeProductions, our production company.
2. We know that your dad played a role in your approach to photography; how did he (positively) influence you?
I grew up on bread and photography with the complicity of my father, who was able to pass on this immense passion for the moments he collected during his travels with analogue photography. He loves to photograph peculiar characters, from other cultures and customs: let's say that now I do the same thing, probably with fashion-dressed characters.
3. You and Manuel are business partners at Me Productions and friends. How does your duo work inside and outside of work?
Manuel and I met in the early days of Instagram; ours is a real friendship born from social media. Now we have a production company that deals with content for brands and celebrities. As for our relationship, it hasn't changed since then: there's deep respect and friendship and, of course, some squabbles like in all self-respecting couples; we sometimes seem like two mothers-in-law. We are complementary in everything; there's perfect harmony between us.
4. What does a photographer see in the world? What attracts you, what interests you?
I love and have always loved moments. The search for details is my art. "I use moments to capture emotions" has always been my motto. I love seeing people happy and making them happy, and I want to continue down this path, giving emotions to those I photograph.
5. What "Luce" do you see in your future? Both immediate and long-term, and in terms of projects.
Let's say it's a (long) period of my life where my career takes up most of my time and thoughts. I would always like to offer the best for all my clients and my staff, always. Then, of course, I would like to crown my relationship with a beautiful wedding (a hint to my partner) and expand the family :)
6. What do you bring from Umbria with you to Milan?
The values they taught me and the ability to always be true to myself are fundamental in my life. Then, of course, my love for animals.
7. What do you think people think of you the first time they meet you? What do you think they discover once they really get to know you?
Starting from the assumption that I am a Sagittarius with a Sagittarius ascendant and a moon in Sagittarius, I am stubborn, but extremely real and transparent. I am always my cheerful and smiling self, and I hope also pleasant! Besides the lightness I want to bring to every situation, I hope they always discover my concrete and pragmatic side, which always seeks a quick, fast, and painless solution!
8. The first thing you do in the morning and the last thing you do at night
I wait for a kiss from Andrea, my partner, before waking up and before falling asleep.
